TIGE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM is a platform for all stakeholders in the Nigerian economy, who wish to inspire, connect and encourage businesses and individuals to develop Ethical Leadership and act according to their core values, and contribute to an equitable society and humane world

 The program is adapted for Nigeria from a programme of Initiatives of Change (IofC), offered in Europe, India and the US. IofC is a worldwide network of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds with headquarters in Caux, Switzerland, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behavior. It focuses on the vital link between personal and global change.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

This program has been designed for a select gathering of change makers. It will provide an unparalleled environment to tackle the most critical leadership challenges we grapple with.
We have specifically selected two unique programs that have been presented to some of the biggest organisations in the world. Each of the faculty leaders will offer their personal and professional expertise effectivelyin presenting these two unique training workshops:

• Heart of Effective Leadership HEL
• Leading in the Time of Trauma

Based on an inherent belief in the power of multi-perspective insights and learning, the program will combine debate and analysis, reflection and mindfulness and peer to peer discussion, to ultimately allow you to arrive at your own unique action plan.

This limited capacity program has been designed for leaders, business owners, CEOs and aspiring CEOs, Social Entrepreneurs etc.
